A $22.2 Million Penthouse Atop a Landmark

We are honored to be part of the most expensive closed sale of this week. SAGE installed the ‪Lutron‬ lighting and audio systems in this full-floor penthouse at the top of the Manhattan House, which sold for over $22 million dollars.

Setting the Standard
