SAGE Support customers who call Tech Support during normal business hours are moved to the head of the line.
Depending on your package, we offer discounted labor rates or free onsite labor for any repairs or maintenance.
Annual Maintenance Packages
In order to ensure the longevity of your system, we provide rack and equipment maintenance one time per year.
Should your system malfunction for any reason, simply call one of our trained technicians. Phone support is available weekdays from 9AM and 5PM.
SAGE continuously monitors your system online. Via Remote Access, we can successfully reboot your system and restore service whenever an outage occurs.
We offer after-hours phone and remote access support, as well as onsite repairs and maintenance including weekends.
