This mansion is the former home of Google’s CEO, and design is by Gary McBournie. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to work on such a special project.
Tour a Totally Transformed Chelsea, New York, Home
We are proud and grateful to be a part of this amazing renovation in Chelsea, where Sage AV collaborated with Barlis Wedlick Architects to ensure a seamless design and technology experience. Our team provided the home’s Wi-Fi, high-performance invisible speakers throughout, TVs with distributed video, motorized shades and simple control of it all from a Savant Control System.

A $22.2 Million Penthouse Atop a Landmark
We are honored to be part of the most expensive closed sale of this week. SAGE AV installed the Lutron lighting and audio systems in this full-floor penthouse at the top of the Manhattan House, which sold for over $22 million dollars.
